Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) uses a combination of the very accurate technique of manual muscle testing and gently stressing the sympathetic nerve beds just under the skin overlying each individual organ with a simple touch of the hand.A healthy, unstressed organ will not send a “distress” signal to the brain when its sympathetic nerve bed is pressed on.
